Well to find that our SETI is now going to try another method of eavesdropping on Alien Communication !!

Well... so far so good... but I wonder why such a passive kind of effort??
Why dont we send signals in a radius of about 30 light years in specific pattern so that we will be heard??
Will this method be more active and direct??
